1. Introduction

  • These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the services provided by Energy Alchemy Limited.
  • By engaging in our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not proceed with booking a session.
  • Our services include:
    • Transformational Programmes
    • ThetaHealing®
    • Medical Intuitive Technique
    • Reiki Healing
    • Qigong Training and Qigong Healing
    • Any bundled sessions combining these services

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Energy Alchemy Limited.
  • “Client” refers to the individual receiving the service.
  • “Session” refers to any booked appointment for healing, training, or coaching.

3. Scope of Services

  • Our services are complementary therapies designed to support well-being and personal growth.
  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, or claim to treat medical or psychological conditions.
  • Results vary, and we do not guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities & Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book a session unless parental consent is provided.
  • Clients must provide accurate health information if requested before sessions.
  • Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional for health concerns.

5. Booking & Payment

5.1 Booking & Rescheduling

  • Sessions can be booked through our website or directly with Energy Alchemy Limited.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session or failure to attend will result in the session fee being forfeited.
  • Exceptions for emergencies may be considered at our discretion.

5.2 Payments & Refunds

  • Payment must be made in full before the session.
  • Payment plans are available at a 10% surcharge.
  • Completed sessions are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered in exceptional cases.
  • Payment plan refunds apply only to unused sessions and will reflect any applicable deductions.

5.3 Vouchers & Offers

  • Any vouchers, promotional discounts, or special offers issued by Energy Alchemy Limited are valid for six (6) months from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise
  • If not redeemed within this period, they will expire and hold no cash value.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
  • Client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared without consent unless required by law.
  • Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, and process data.

7. Health & Safety

  • Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before a session.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
  • If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, seek immediate professional assistance.

8. Medical Disclaimer

  • Our energy healing, coaching, and spiritual guidance services are complementary and not a substitute for professional medical or psychological care.
  • We do not diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical or mental health conditions.
  • Your health and well-being are your responsibility. We encourage you to consult a healthcare professional for medical concerns.
  • Results vary, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

9. Liability & Insurance

  • We are fully insured for professional practice.
  • We are not liable for any injury, adverse reaction, or dissatisfaction resulting from our services.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the session(s) in question.

10. Code of Conduct & Professional Standards

  • We uphold high ethical standards in our practice.
  • We adhere to the guidelines set by relevant professional and regulatory bodies.

11. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • Complaints should be submitted in writing to Energy Alchemy Limited.
  • We aim to resolve complaints amicably.
  • If unresolved, disputes may be handled through mediation or arbitration before legal action under UK law.

12. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for failure to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Pandemics
    • Labour disputes
    • Power failures or disruptions in utility services
    • Illness or personal emergencies affecting the practitioner
  • In such cases, we will reschedule the affected sessions as soon as reasonably possible.

13. Termination of Services

  • Energy Alchemy Limited reserves the right to terminate services if:
    • A client behaves in an abusive, inappropriate, or disrespectful manner.
    • A client fails to adhere to these Terms.
    • It is determined that the service is not suitable for the client’s needs.
  • Clients may terminate their engagement at any time, but the refund policy in Section 5 applies.

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland/Northern Ireland where applicable).
  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
